Outdoor Living
360 Interactive Image - Drag To Look Around
Client´s Challenge
Transform a stark, underutilized interior terrace into a serene oasis for relaxation and social gatherings. The space needed clear zoning to create a seamless outdoor living experience. The goal was to design a harmonious environment that combines natural wooden elements and neutral stone tones, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape to evoke a feeling of calm and intimacy
Think´s result
The design transforms the terrace into a calm, inviting outdoor retreat with distinct spaces for relaxation and entertaining. The lounge area features plush, neutral-toned seating that promotes comfort and encourages socializing. Adjacent is a dining area for al fresco meals, accompanied by a modern grill and wood-fired oven for a complete cookout experience. Natural wooden furniture and a subtle stone palette unify the space, while lush greenery and strategically placed planters soften the environment, creating a tranquil, grounded atmosphere. Every element is carefully curated to foster relaxation and elevate outdoor living.

Mid Century Modern Japanese Garden
360 Interactive Image - Drag To Look Around
Client´s Challenge
Revitalize a barren and underused interior patio by transforming it into a tranquil Japanese garden, incorporating traditional design elements to create a peaceful, meditative space. The goal is to turn this neglected area into a harmonious retreat that evokes tranquility, balance, and the beauty of nature. By embracing the principles of Japanese garden aesthetics—simplicity, nature, and serenity—this patio will be transformed into an inviting sanctuary for relaxation, reflection, and a deeper connection with the natural world.
Think´s result
To achieve this tranquil Japanese garden oasis, we blend the elegance of mid-century modern design with traditional Japanese aesthetics, creating a seamless fusion of the two styles. The space is anchored by warm, natural wood elements—from exposed beams and sleek wood furniture to the clean lines of wooden planters and flooring. Neutral tones, including soft whites, beiges, and greys, establish a calming palette that enhances the connection with nature. The absence of water is compensated by trees with striking white trunks, adding an ethereal touch to the space while providing a sense of natural harmony. A modern fireplace with a minimalist design becomes the focal point of the room, offering warmth and a central gathering space. Minimalistic furniture with simple, functional forms complements the serene atmosphere, allowing the space to feel open, peaceful, and uncluttered. This careful blend of wood, neutral colors, and restrained design creates a meditative environment that celebrates both Japanese and mid-century modern sensibilities, making the patio a true sanctuary for relaxation and connection.
