SPACES WERE DESIGNED IN A WAY SO THAT THE WHOLE FAMILY COULD SHARE A MEAL, A CONVERSATION OR A MOMENT TOGETHER

In Long Island, New York, the Klein family acquired a house that is currently under renovation. The project we carried out included both architecture and interior design.

The ground floor, which contains the entrance to the residence and the terrace, was intentionally left without vital living spaces and minimal furniture. Given its proximity to sea level, it is not unusual for certain weather events to cause excessive water levels to rise. For this reason, the actual living areas of the house are located on the upper floor, which features an open kitchen in direct contact with the dining area, living room, and foyer. The dining room was specifically requested to accommodate up to 12 people, and these spaces include a large window facing the sea. To furnish the space, we proposed the Senator table from Cattelan Italia with a keramik top. For the rest of the spaces, we collaborated with several brands such as Mogg, Minotti, Henge, and others.

THE SELECTED FURNITURE RESPONDS DIRECTLY TO THE NEEDS OF THE CLIENT, AND THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FINISHINGS GIVES THE HOUSE THE SENSE OF HOME

THE VIEWS TO THE SEA PREVAIL IN THE DIFFERENT SPACES INSIDE THE HOUSE
