The design of the building is based on the idea of containing housing units in a favorable condition that dignifies social housing. Concepts such as north-south orientation, natural lighting, cross ventilation and views for all are democratized.

A fundamental part of the project is the promotion of the use of public space; share some areas of the building not only with its users, but also with the inhabitants of the neighborhood, generating staircases and covered terraces with views of the park. By generating this, we propose a link as an urban intervention between public and private space.

The building has 36 units, which are made up of 2 apartments on the ground floor, intended for people with some motor disability; 3 units are 1-bedroom apartments, and 31 are 2-bedroom apartments. They all have a kitchen, living/dining room, service patio with natural ventilation, full bathroom and bedrooms with a closet each.

Additionally, all the apartments on levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 have a balcony, the result of moving the units, which provides views to the outside, natural lighting and cross ventilation.
