Beyond its aesthetic value, the home also embodies principles of sustainability.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This home is built around two majestic trees: a Mexican pirul and a protected Mexican mezquite, both originally present on the site. Drawing inspiration from these natural resources, the design seamlessly integrates them as unique features of the home.
The Mezquite tree is now an integral part of the home's design, with an opening in the front facade inviting it to become a striking focal point of both the exterior and interior spaces.
The use of natural stones as the main material further accentuates the modern organic look of the home and emphasizes the incorporation of nature into the design. This home is a harmonious union of architecture and nature, celebrating the beauty and importance of natural resources.

The interior palette, rich in earthy tones and textures, complements the organic materials used in the construction, reinforcing the sense of calm and grounding.
Large windows and open spaces allow for uninterrupted views of the surrounding greenery, creating a serene atmosphere that flows throughout the house. Every corner of the house feels connected to the outdoors, blurring the boundary between built space and the natural environment.
By preserving the existing trees and using locally sourced materials, the design minimizes its environmental footprint while enhancing the home’s character and authenticity. The result is a residence that not only coexists with its surroundings but elevates them—offering a thoughtful, grounded, and beautiful space for living.
